Applications are welcomes from the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Project for various posts. Bihar Rural Livelihoods Project is government job and Bihar Rural Livelihoods Project needs many candidates for different posts like Training Manager, Training Officers, Finance Manager, Thematic Managers, Block Project managers and Livelihood Specialists for the residents of India.

Eligible candidates can apply in Bihar Rural Livelihoods Project. Detail of post is given below that is as per our information.

District Project Co-ordination Unit

• Finance Manager, Total Posts: 4, Remuneration / Salary: Rs. 19800 – 27700/-, Qualification Educational: Candidate should posses the degree of CA/ICWAI/ MBA (finance) or CA (inter), ICWAI (inter) or PG degree in commerce, with at least 3 years of relevant experience of working on financial management, budgeting, developing financial system in Government/semi government agency, banking institutions, reputed financial firms or non government organizations.

• Training Officers, Total Posts: 9, Remuneration / Salary: Rs. 17400 – 22800/-, Qualification Educational: candidate should posses PG degree completed in any discipline with at least 1 year relevant experience or graduate degree completed in any discipline with at least 3 yrs relevant experience in conducted training programmers using participatory training techniques to project staff as well as to the communities preferably in SHG promotion/ livelihoods.

• Training Managers, Total Posts: 4, Remuneration / Salary: Rs. 20600 – 28900/-, Qualification Educational: Candidate should posses PG degree/diploma completed in management, social work, rural development, agriculture and allied with at least 3 years relevant experience if PG degree/PG diploma is from premier institute or at least 5 years of relevant experience if PG degree/PG diploma is from any other institute.

State Project Management Unit

• Project Associates, Total Posts : 4, Remuneration / Salary : Rs. 14400 – 21500/-, Qualification Educational : Candidate should posses PG degree in any discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience or Graduation in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Typing skill in Hindi and English would be desirable.

Thematic Managers

• Manager, Total Posts: 15, Remuneration/ Salary: Rs. 19800 – 27700/-
• Discipline :
• Social Development, Qualification Educational: candidate should PG degree completed in any discipline with at least 2 years relevant experience or graduate degree completed in any discipline with at least 4 yrs relevant experience in managing social development interventions preferably with SHGs.

• Livelihood, Qualification Educational : Candidate should posses PG degree completed in any discipline with at least 2 years relevant experience or graduate degree completed in any discipline with at least 4 yrs relevant experience in managing specific livelihoods either farm or non farm.

• Communication, Qualification Educational: candidate should PG degree completed in any discipline with at least 2 years relevant experience or graduate degree completed in any discipline with at least 4 yrs relevant experience. Fresh BJMC/MJMC/PG Diploma in Mass Communication may also apply.

• Monitoring & Evolution, Qualification Educational: Candidate should posses PG degree completed in any discipline with at least 2 years relevant experience or graduate degree completed in any discipline with at least 4 yrs relevant experience. Fresh MBA/PG diploma in Rural Management/MSW/MCA preferably from reputed institute may also apply.

Block Project Implementation Unit

• Livelihood Specialists, Total Posts: 17, Qualification Educational: Candidate should have completed PG degree in any discipline with at least 2 year of relevant experience or Graduation in any discipline with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Fresh Graduate (BSc Agri)/Graduate (BVSc.)/Graduate (B Tech Dairy Sc.) may also apply for this position.

• Block Project managers, Total Posts: 11, Remuneration / Salary: Rs. 19800 – 27700/-, Qualification Educational: Candidate should posses PG degree completed in any discipline with at least 2 years relevant experience or graduate degree completed in any discipline with at least 4 yrs relevant experience Fresh post graduate diploma or PG degree holders in social work, rural development, management, agriculture and allied from premier institutes can also apply.
