Investing in realty is something that most B-Towners are known to indulge in — it could be from being gifted a house or buying one around the globe. But actor Akshay Kumar has surpassed his colleagues in the property race as he reportedly has bought not a house nor a building, but an entire hill for himself in Canada. Yes, you read it right! He’ll apparently be constructing a villa there.
The actor has already been investing in many properties apparently. He’s also said to own a house in Lokhandwala, a bungalow in Juhu and a plush duplex in Bandra. Says a source,
“Having started from scratch to become one of the leading action heroes of Bollywood, his journey has been full of struggle, hence he is very careful with his finances. He believes in investing in right things, and what better than buying property. Besides his houses in the city, Akshay has bought an old Portuguese bungalow on Anjuna beach in Goa. It was on one of their trips to Goa that Twinkle fell in love with this colonial house as soon as she set her eyes on it. And Akshay decided to buy the beach bungalow.”
The source further adds, “But that’s not all, Akshay has apparently also bought a property in Mauritius where he often holidays with his family. He is a self-made super star and seems to be following the footsteps of actor Shah Rukh Khan who too has a range of properties in Mumbai, Dubai and London."
